Coloring Easter Eggs

The week before Easter, we decided to color eggs. We used the vinegar/food coloring recipe and it worked great! Jake loved helping and watching the eggs turn colors.

Might be a little hard to tell, but in the following picture, he is trying to crack the egg open on the side of the plate.

Yummmm! Eggs! He discovered the goods inside!

Normally, I can't even get him to eat more than a bite or two of eggs. He ate 2.5 whole hard boiled eggs during our easter egg coloring fun.. now I know what to do to get him to eat eggs... a little food color!
