So we went to the Iowa Cubs game last night to past the time till delivery. Outside of the great weather, it wasn't a great night at the ball park. The Cubs got blown out, it was close for the first inning. Kris was having contractions every 10-15 minutes, but obviously no Jake. And worst of all they were giving out free used cars and we didn't win! Actually, we had a great time. Best of all it was free, actually they paid us to go to the game. If you wore your favorite team apparel you received a free general admission ticket, and after the game they were giving away free loafs of bread. We left with 4 loafs! Any suggestions on how to use the bread soon?!?
It was probably one of the last times out that we weren't parents. We enjoyed each others company, but we are both anxiously awaiting Jake's arrival. Hopefully Labor Day will live up to it's name! Any suggestions on how to get him out?!?

We are hoping he comes by noon on Monday. That way we can be the first people to see him! Come on Jake!
