Ponca State Park

We got together with my side of the family over the 4th of July wekeend at Ponca State Park, which is near Sioux City, IA. We stayed in a cabin and had a great time playing games and hanging out by the fire. Jake had fun looking at sticks, rocks, bugs, the fire, and all sorts of other things. He also loved eating marshmallows by the fire, although he did not want them roasted! Josh and Steve decided to brave the Missouri River in my dad's tandem kayak, followed later by my dad in his other kayak.
