This kind of cracked me up. Jake apparently dug into the fridge when I wasn't looking and ran to the couch with a container of sandwich meat and started chowing away.
Very proud of his loot...and giving a cheesy grin since he knew mommy was laughing at him.
On another food related note... the boy loves his chocolate pudding. I mean, he realllly loves his chocolate pudding. He will ask me to pick him up, point to the cupboard like he wants to see what's in there and always lunges for the pudding, or as he calls it "peewee."
I try to get Jake together with other kids as much as possible to play. He generally has someone to play with most days. One of his very favorite buddies is a little girl the same age as him who lives nearby named Ella. He loves to talk about Ella and when we are doing bedtime prayers, he always wants to pray for Ella too. So sweet! I think in this picture they were sharing the Pooh chair and watching Veggie Tales.
